LEF1 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody Product Datasheet Catalog# BX50108 Clone# BP6113 Predicted Molecular Wt: 44kDa Purity: ProA affinity purified IgG Species Cross-reactivity: Human Form: Liquid Applications: IHC-P Swissprot ID: Q9UJU2 Background: Lymphoid Enhancing Factor 1 (LEF1) is a transcription factor that belongs to the TCF/LEF family. LEF1 participates as a regulator in Wnt signaling pathways. LEF1 is an important factor in lymphopoiesis and is expressed normally in T and pro-B cells but not expressed in mature B cells. Anti-LEF1 may be used as an aid for differentiation of chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma from other small B cell lymphomas. Subcellular location: Nucleus Recommended method: Heat induced epitope retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0), primary antibody incubate at RT (18°C-25°C) for 30 minutes. Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues within aa100-200 of LEF1 was used as an immunogen. Storage Buffer: PBS 59%, Sodium azide 0.01%, Glycerol 40%, BSA 0.05%. Storage conditions: -25°C to -18°C Storage instructions: Shipped on blue ice. Upon delivery, aliquot, and store at -25°C to -18°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Recommended Dilutions: IHC-P: 1:100-1:200 Background References: 1. Ji Q etal. Nat Commun 10:313 (2019). 2. Przybyl J et al. Gynecol Oncol 149:388-393 (2018). Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of tonsil labelling LEF1 with BP6113. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0.
