CD44 is expressed on approximately 90% of lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, and, in lower amounts on thymocytes, fibroblasts, and erythrocytes. The expression of specific cell adhesion molecule CD44 splice variants has been reported to be associated with metastasis in certain human malignancies. Subcellular location: Membrane Recommended method: Heat induced epitope retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0), primary antibody incubate at RT (18°C-25°C) for 30 minutes. Primary antibody is diluted with PBS buffer (pH7.2-7.4). Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues within aa150 to aa250 of CD44 was used as an immunogen.
