Background:
TRPS1 is a transcription factor that was initially discovered as being mutated in Tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome, a
craniofacial and skeletal malformation syndrome. TRPS1 recognizes GATA sequences and represses the activation potential of other GATA factors. In addition, TRPS1 binds to the NuRD complex via CHD4 and can repress other key transcription factors
such asp63 and estrogen receptor.
TRPS1 is highly expressed in breast cancer, cervix, esophageal epithelium.
TRPS1 is used as a sensitive and specific marker of breast cancer in pathological diagnosis.

Recommended Method:
Heat induced epitope retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer   (pH 9.0), primary antibody incubate at RT (18°C-25°C) for 30 minutes.
Immunogen:
Recombinant protein fragment of TRPS1 was used as an immunogen.
